Read-Aloud Sessions

Students from Grades III to VIII participated in engaging read-aloud sessions, exploring the themes and works of R.K. Narayan. For creative exercises, Grades 3 to 5 crafted vibrant collages using magazine cutouts, drawings, and images to reflect motifs from Narayan’s stories, like small-town life and humor. Meanwhile, Grades 6 to 8 created comic strips based on Malgudi Days, bringing characters, settings, and dialogues to life. This event offered students a chance to appreciate the simplicity and depth of Narayan’s storytelling while expressing their understanding through art and creativity.
