Exploring Nature’s Bounty: An Educational Journey to Saparde Village’s Rice Farm”

In an idyllic corner of the world, on the 7th of October 2023, Grade 6 students from The Cambria International School, from both A and B classes, embarked on an educational adventure that would leave a lasting impression on their young minds. The destination of their voyage was a nearby farm situated in Saparde village, where they were poised to explore the ancient secrets of rice farming, the lush embrace of nature, and the mystical aura of a Puran-era Shiva temple.

The day began with a visit to the Puran-era Shiva temple, an architectural gem nestled near the farm’s verdant surroundings. As the students ventured into the temple, their inquisitive gazes were drawn towards the Shiva Linga, an ancient symbol of divinity. Here, the teachers unveiled the captivating story of the mythical temple, weaving a tapestry of history, culture, and spirituality for the curious young minds to absorb.

Following this enlightening encounter, the eager students made their way to the heart of the day’s excursion – the rice farm. Their faces beamed with delight as they set foot on the lush green expanse, a sight that would evoke the profound joy of connecting with nature in its purest form.
